Is a bespoke itinerary the same as a fixed package?

No. Complete bespoke journeys can be discussed with a planning budget of €3,000–€5,000 or more per travelling party, then written around your actual dates, party and priorities and priced according to the confirmed services and availability.

Can you include only private services?

Private ground transport and private guiding can be requested. Balloon flights and supplier-operated experiences are confirmed separately according to the selected format.

Can you work around a hotel we already booked?

Yes. The itinerary can be built around an existing hotel, arrival plan and services you have already confirmed.

Can you plan a backup balloon morning?

When trip length and availability allow, we can protect another morning as a planning alternative, but operation can never be guaranteed.
